Job Overview
Brite Care Dental is committed to providing high-quality dental care to our diverse community. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hmong-speaking Dental Assistant to join our team and help serve our Hmong-speaking patients with excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take and develop X-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
- Communicate effectively with Hmong-speaking patients to ensure they understand their treatment
- Maintain patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience in a dental setting is a plus
- Fluent in Hmong and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
