About the Role :
Ash is seeking a highly experienced engineer with a proven track record in software development and team leadership to join our Platform group. As a Technical Lead, you'll be a pivotal member of our team, owning the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions within the core of Ash's tech stack. You'll be the senior engineer on your team, and will be influential both as the technical leader and as a contributor. Your role will allow you to flex your design muscles, mentor others, and make substantive code contributions all at once.
The Platform group plays a role in just about everything we build. As a Technical Lead within this group, you will build and improve upon services that touch every part of the business, and will be a key player in building infrastructure that makes high-quality care easier to access.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and direction throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with product and technical leaders to conceptualize, plan, and execute on solutions that align with business goals.
- Design and propose novel technical solutions to problems across the business.
- Own the delivery of key technical projects, from architecture, to implementation, to delivery.
- Be the driver of technical excellence, ensuring that your team ships high-quality code, builds reliable services, and maintains awesome documentation.
