Ashbrook Independent School is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and creative Summer Program Assistant Teacher to work in the Ashbrook Summer Program serving students in Preschool through 4th grade. The Assistant will support the lead teacher and director in the day to day operation of the summer program. The program is scheduled to run daily from June 23-August 15.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must have prior to or within 2 weeks of start date: CPR/First Aid certification, Food Handlers Card, registration with Oregon Central Background Registry, Child Abuse and Neglect Training
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of successful experience in a classroom, childcare facility or summer program.
- Currently active in the Oregon Central Background Registry
