We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Appointment Setter to join our team!
Position Overview:
The Part-Time Appointment Setter will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, setting appointments for our agents, following up with potential clients who've had a presentation, and creating quotes for insurance services. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. This is an in-office position offering flexible hours (up to 20 hours per week), with room for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our insurance services and scheduling appointments with agents.
- Create quotes for insurance products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain and update customer records and appointment schedules.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient office operation.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in an office environment with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be able to use basic office tools (phone, computer, email, etc.).
- Must be punctual and reliable, with the ability to manage your schedule effectively.
- A positive and professional attitude is a must!
