Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living and healthcare services. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Charge Nurse, responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective person-centered care on assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach
- Holding staff accountable for quality care and continual improvement of neighborhood processes/practices
- Meeting regulatory requirements and nursing standards of practice
- Providing staff with clear assignments of residents and duties while setting a productive work environment

Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in continuing care or assisted living
