Job Title: Dietary Aide
Location: Ashby Ponds, a beautiful 132-acre continuing care retirement community in Loudoun County, Virginia.
We are seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a Dietary Aide in our Continuing Care department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our residents by ensuring the smooth operation of the dining room and pantry.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Welcoming residents and ensuring their comfort in the assisted living area
- Coodinating with seaters to facilitate efficient service for servers and kitchen staff
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the front-of-house and kitchen areas
What You Will Need
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
