What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Health and Wellness Coordinator position at Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living?
We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Health and Wellness Coordinator to join our team at Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of the Employee Health and Well-Being Center (EHWC), you will provide exceptional support to our nurse practitioner and employees.
The EHWC is staffed by one full-time medical assistant and a full-time nurse practitioner. Your work assignments will include 85% administrative tasks, such as paper filing and recordkeeping, and 15% clinical responsibilities as delegated by the nurse practitioner.
You will report directly to the Director of Operations based out of our home office in Baltimore, MD, and indirectly to the EHWC Nurse Practitioner at the community location.
