We are hiring a Finance Office Coordinator, an integral role within our Continuing Care Retirement Community. As a vital liaison for residents and their families, you’ll ensure a smooth transition during move-outs, handle financial inquiries, and help maintain accurate records.

What we offer

Compensation: starts at $25/hour, commensurate of experience, paid bi-weekly.

How you will make an impact

• Be the go-to person for residents and families during move-outs, providing guidance with professionalism and care.
• Oversee the final billing process and ensure accuracy and timely entrance fee refunds while serving as a liaison between residents/family members, Accounts Receivable, and Escrow.
• Answer and resolve billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy in billing, and providing clear communication to residents and their families.
• Maintain and update census data, ensuring financial records stay accurate and up to date and perform data entry for admission information, updating resident profiles in Vision software.
• Serve as a member of the Welcome Home Team, welcome new residents, guiding them through online billing and other Finance Office functions.
• Review and audit new resident files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage collections, helping to keep our financial processes running smoothly.
• Support the Finance Office with special projects throughout the year and collaborate with other departments.

What you will need

Experience with census management software/tools is a plus

A passion for helping others and making financial matters easier to understand.

Strong time management and organizational skills

Quick learner who enjoys tackling new challenges

Excellent communication skills, balancing confidence and compassion

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
