Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents in activities of daily living
- Implementing personal care plans that prioritize residents' strengths, preferences, and routines
- Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure timely addressing of residents' needs
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification in Virginia
- Current certification for Medication Administration per state requirements
- 1-2 years of CNA experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.25 - $24.00, commensurate with experience, plus applicable shift bonuses
