Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of home health care services to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and patient care.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand service offerings and market presence.
- Foster relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
- Conduct regular assessments of service quality and implement improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to promote services effectively in the community.
- Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking leads, and reporting on sales activities.
- Engage in warm calling efforts to generate new business opportunities within the community.
