Role Description
This is a TEMPORARY full-time on-site role for a Quality Assistant at Ashcraft/European Bakery in Stafford, TX. The position will be maternity-leave coverage and will likely last 3-4 months. The Quality Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to ensuring the quality of products or services, maintaining documentation, and assisting in quality control processes. The Quality Assistant will carry out tasks assigned by the FSQ Manager and help with the development and implementation of the Food Safety Quality System.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of quality control processes and documentation
- Ability to follow procedures and guidelines accurately
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role is a plus
- Conversational Spanish would be very beneficial
While preferrable this would be a full-time position, we can work with candidates who have the ability to work at least 6 hours a day during the day or evening. The ideal candidate has an interest in baking, food manufacturing, food safety and food quality and wants to gain real world experience in a food manufacturing environment.
While experience would be helpful, what we really want is a trainable Assistant who can learn a wide array of tasks and then carry them out independently.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
