Facility Maintenance

This position is responsible for the care, maintenance, cleanliness and repairs of the buildings and property.

Responsibilities:

• Performs all landscape maintenance duties such as lawn mowing, weed-whacking / control, snow removal, etc...
• Operates and maintains equipment appropriately and safely.
• Handles the day-to-day general maintenance duties including doors, latches, lighting, fencing, etc...
• Fulfills customer requests.
• Maintains cleanliness of storage units, warehouse and indoor and outdoor areas of the property.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School equivalency required.
• 2 years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Ability to operate a forklift and an 18' box truck safely and efficiently.
• Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisors and/or management.
• Punctual and reliable; good attendance required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills; must be willing to cross-train.
• Team-player.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the Company's safety standards; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Ability to lift and slide up to 80 pounds repetitively.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Position is full time with the following schedule rotation every two weeks:
• Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
• Tuesday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm
