Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress through standardized testing and informal assessments.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Facilitate literacy education by introducing reading, writing, and communication skills in fun and engaging ways.
- Promote social skills, emotional development, and conflict resolution among students.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Birth-Kindergarten Degree.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience with standardized testing methods within an educational setting is a plus.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate math, literacy, and other essential skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood setting is preferred.
