Qualifications:
- A licensed broker or working on obtaining your broker license
- Is comfortable working in a ENTIRELY COMMISSION-BASED role with favorable commission-splits
- A self-starter, resourceful and learning based
- Someone with a passion for consistently earning $100,000 or more per year
- Grit, determination and an excellent team player
- Growth mindset
- Ability to mentor or support other agents with their first 3 transactions
