Real Estate Agent
Asher Chaim Real Estate is undergoing an expansion and we are seeking driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professionals to join our team and be molded into the cream of the crop real estate agents in Arizona.
This is a 100% commission sales position. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, eager to learn marketing technologies, ready to learn and ready to earn.
Who you are
You have built a great network and closed many deals in commercial or residential real estate. You likely specialize in a niche market and have an interest in Investments (private, multi-family, capital markets). You’re a confident and competitive sales professional who loves to win. Your strengths lie in building strong, successful client relationships, spotting innovative opportunities to expand your business and finding ways to make them happen. You’re a bold negotiator, always ready to provide the right information about market conditions, business details and terms and conditions in your clients’ best interests. You are at a point where you know you can grow your own business without giving up a large chunk of your commission but want the right mentorship to support your in your career aspirations.

Directional Duties
- Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
- Attending networking and industry events
- Presenting marketing proposals to clients
- Negotiating exclusive listing agreements
- Marketing exclusive listings to qualified buyers and negotiating offers
- Advising clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies
- Represent a diverse set of buyers (first-time, investor, vacation home, build, land) and sellers delivering a superior client experience while providing high-quality representation
Requirements:
- Real estate license required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Proven track record of forming and managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer experience.
- Insatiable curiosity
- Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals
