As an Admissions Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping prospective students navigate their educational journey and make informed decisions about their career aspirations. Your primary responsibility will be to guide applicants through the admissions process, provide them with detailed information about our programs, and assist them in finding the right fit for their educational and career goals. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional closing skills, interpersonal skills, be knowledgeable about our vocational school's offerings, and be passionate about helping individuals achieve their professional ambitions.
Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to prospective students (50-80 per day) Warm calls
Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential students, parents, or other stakeholders via email, phone calls, or in-person interactions.
Conduct information sessions and campus tours to familiarize prospective students with our programs, facilities, and campus culture.
Assess applicants' qualifications, academic background, and career objectives to determine their suitability for our vocational programs.
Collaborate with academic departments to stay up-to-date on program requirements and any changes in curriculum or admission criteria.
Assist applicants in completing admissions paperwork, including application forms, financial aid applications, and other relevant documents.
Explain tuition fees, payment plans, and financial aid options to prospective students and their families.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach activities to attract potential students and increase enrollment numbers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with applicants in the school's CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor institutions to ensure our vocational school remains competitive in the market.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing,FA and academic advising, to develop strategies that enhance the admissions process and improve student enrollment and retention rates.
Uphold compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines about admissions procedures.
