Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Conduct various dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and endodontics.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Epic and Eaglesoft.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Educate patients on oral health care, treatment options, and preventative measures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry.
- Experience with infection control practices in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Epic and Eaglesoft is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
