Asher Lasting Exteriors has been the leader in exterior home remodeling for over 50 years in the Chippewa Valley. We represent premium brands in each respective product segment such as Renewal by Andersen Windows, Pro Via Entry Doors, Tundra Gutters and Gutter Helmet.
Due to tremendous growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Concierge to lead our customer experience!
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Concierge is responsible for the overall client relationship and communication. Position partners with the production Manager to ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards from start to finish. Work involves project planning, scheduling, and extensive customer communication
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Creates and supports a safe work environment on the job site to protect own health and the interest of the company at all times.
- Ensures customers are treated with the utmost respect and given the highest quality workmanship; ensures customer satisfaction is maximized by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Maintains good communication, assisting throughout the process from sale through project completion.
- Schedules projects and appointments with homeowners; communicates with customers and team and gives continuous status updates throughout the production process.
- Fills-in as necessary to ensure work processes and production workflows are maintained.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge, continually seeks opportunities to enhance skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Reports to Customer Care Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of product terminology including all parts, pieces, and materials
- Knowledge of current best practices for product installation
- Skill in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to give direction to assigned crew and obtain effective cooperation in completing work assignments
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects
- Ability to organize work and establish priorities
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with install crews, other employees, supervisors, and customers
- Ability to work the assigned hours of the position which may include significant overtime
- Ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience managing customer relationships with emphasis on continuous communication.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
- Experience and ability in navigating customer database systems.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATION, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical demand requirements are at levels of those for sedentary work with occasional physical requirements exerting up to 50 lbs.
- Position regularly operates a variety of office equipment which includes a computer, printer, facsimile machine, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc.
- Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or materials
- Must be able to exert up to twenty pounds of force occasionally and up to ten pounds of force frequently
