Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Shop Cafe Hours: We are open 7 days a week from 9 AM until 5 PM
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, including availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
Wage: $14 to $16 an hour, depending on experience, plus tips

Key Responsibilities:
As a Barista:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and other menu items.
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service while maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
- Understand and promote our menu, suggesting items based on customer preferences.
- Maintain equipment and assist in inventory management.
As a Sales Associate:
- Engage with customers in the retail section, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Assist with inventory restocking and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about our products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
