About the Role
We’re on a mission to build one of the top e-bike YouTube channels in the world within the next 1-2 years, and we’re looking for a talented Video Producer & Editor to make it happen. As our Video Producer, you’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and managing video content that educates, entertains, and converts viewers into customers. You'll help craft our brand’s visual identity and drive engagement across YouTube and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filming & Editing: Shoot high-quality video content, including product overviews, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes shop footage.
- Content Strategy: Help develop engaging video concepts that resonate with our audience and align with our brand goals.
- YouTube Channel Management: Upload and optimize videos with compelling thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments and analytics to refine content strategy.
- Equipment & Workflow Management: Maintain and optimize camera, lighting, and editing setups.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in video production & editing required.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube, channel management & growth, and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Creative storytelling skills—you can make technical content engaging and fun.
- Experience making commercials a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team.
- Passion for e-bikes, tech, or outdoor lifestyles is a plus!
Work Environment & Schedule
- Potential hybrid role: Filming is in-person at our Asheville shop, editing may be able to be done remotely.
- Some weekend & holiday availability may be required for special events or content shoots.
- 2-week training period for all new hires.
