Ophthalmic Assistant
This individual is responsible for providing chair-side doctor assistance, obtaining chief complaint, medical history, performing diagnostic tests as required by physicians, administering treatment as allowed and ordered by the physician, including intravitreal injections, and documentation into EMR.
This position will require travel to our satellite offices 1-2 shifts per week. Paid travel time and transportation is provided. Note that travel days may require meeting with the travel team as early as 4:45am for departure.
