What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optician/Optician's Assistant (MUST have 1 year of Optical experience) position at Asheville Eye Associates?
Advise and assist patients in selection of frames, lenses, and evaluation of prescription
Verify measurements to determine size, shape, and specification of frames for each patient
Complete and process optical order for eyewear selection(s)
Measure, fit, adapt, adjust, and repair eyewear to complement patient's needs, occupation, and hobbies to determine an enhanced lifestyle
Prepare orders, paperwork, and computer entries to result in accuracy, no remakes, and satisfied patients
Verify the measurements and quality prior to dispensing to patient
Previous optical experience requested
