As a Medical Records Nurse at Ashford Place Health Campus, you will be responsible for developing personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise, and handling medication for your residents and keeping meticulous records of every aspect of the care you administer.
You will also work closely with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care for our residents, and advocate for your residents at every stage of care.
