Job Description
As an LPN at Trilogy, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality patient care in collaboration with Registered Nurses
- Administering medications and monitoring patient reactions
- Performing routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educating patients and their families on disease treatment plans and self-care post-discharge
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse licensure prior to hire date
