What We're Looking For
- LPNs: Contribute to patient assessments, administer medications, and perform routine lab tests.
- Education: Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, and holistic health needs.
- Safety: Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe.
Hire Requirements
- BLS Provider: Obtain within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse: Obtain prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- High School Diploma/GED: Required.
