Long-term Care Professional Job Summary
Ashford Place Health Campus seeks an experienced Long-term Care Professional to join our team as an Evening Supervisor. As a key member of the Nursing Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of quality care and overseeing the evening functions.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement nursing service department programs and activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
- Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the ADHS/DHS as necessary/required, concerning the operation of the nursing service department.
- Supervise, oversee, and assist with all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.
- Participate in clinical leadership on-call rotation as required.
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required.
- Unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state they are working.
