Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including educating them about disease treatment plans, identifying safety hazards, and promoting overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe.
