What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to assess patients and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on disease treatment plans, including self-care and follow-up care.
- Identify and address safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety.
