About the Job
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ashford Place Health Campus. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and contributing to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses.
- You will administer medications and observe patients to ensure they do not have adverse reactions.
- You will perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services as needed.
- You will educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.
- You will identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe and take corrective action as appropriate.
