POSITION: Long Term Temporary-In-School Detention Paraprofessional – Ashland High School
Through the remainder of the 2024-2025 School Year
Two (2) days a week 11:15 am – 3:30 pm; Three (3) days a week 11:15 am – 3:00 pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicant must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent or Teaching Licensure.
- A valid educational aide/student monitor permit or the ability to obtain.
- Experience working with high school at risk students.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- To work in conjunction with all staff to organize and monitor the daily proceedings of the in-school and after school detention programs at Ashland High School;
- Additional duties include daily input of students’ detention records into the computer, and deliver/pick-up work to/from Ashland County Discipline Center;
- An ability to communicate and work with at-risk teenagers is essential.
- Other duties as assigned by Building Principal or designee.
