Appointment Setter

We’re hiring motivated and personable Appointment Setters to connect with local businesses and schedule appointments for walk-through/quotes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on flexibility and enjoys working independently in a supportive environment. *Note: this is not a customer service job, you are not calling our current clients. This is to gain new business.

Flexible, Part-Time Work as an Appointment Setter (Work from Home or Office). First week or 2 is spent in OUR office learning about our company. If you prefer to work in our office you will have a nice office space to work in. All interviews are conducted in our office. No phone or video interviews. Please keep in mind your distance from our Ashland office, you are required to work in office for the first 1-2 weeks before working from home.

Position Details:

• Hours: 2 to 3 hours per day (flexible scheduling) approx 3 days per week.
• Location: Work remotely or from our office—your choice!
• Pay Structure Options: o Hourly pay with performancebased bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for the Operation's Manager to come in and do a walkthrough
• Some leads will may be provided, but you may also need to generate your own leads
• Set appointments and update records in our system
• Work together with our team to support business growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Selfmotivated with great organizational habits
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, spreadsheets)
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is helpful but not

required

Base rate $15.00 per hour with $50 to $300 per appointment.
