Responsibilities Include:
Establish personal income goals that are consistent with productivity standards of the dealership
Delivering vehicle to guest, ensure they understand operation of vehicle and personalization features
Meet with sales managers regarding guest follow up, objectives, activities, and reviews
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by answering guest questions and carefully interpreting their responses
Explain full product performance, application, benefits and offer test drives to all prospects
Introduce guest to dealership sales managers and operations, including the service and parts departments, to emphasize to the guest the quality and efficiency of the dealership's full-service operations
Maintain an owner follow-up system (CRM) that encourages repeat and referral business with a working database and utilize dealership internet lead management tool to develop a prospect system
Keep abreast of always changing new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to dealership's customer base
Communicate with finance to ensure all stipulations for finalizing the paperwork are completed
Maintain and achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objectives set by management
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Maintain high ethical standards in all actions
Maintain professional appearance at all times
