Production Support Role:
Ashland Foundry & Machine Works LLC is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Systems Coordinator to support our production team. This role involves coordinating and maintaining efficient manufacturing systems to drive productivity and efficiency on the shop floor.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain accurate records of production data and metrics.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with production teams and management to ensure seamless implementation of new processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Three years as a CNC Machinist or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Ability to analyze complex production data and identify areas for improvement, knowledge of design techniques and tools, ability to communicate effectively with production teams.
