About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical management of the center, ensuring high-quality care and customer service. This includes:
- Resident/patient care
- State and federal survey compliance
- Positive employee relations
- Effective clinical planning and implementation of core clinical programs
As the center's clinical representative, you will foster strong relationships with the community and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulations. Daily rounds are expected to ensure compliance and quality of care.

- Demonstrated nursing management experience in a long-term care setting
