Job Description
The College Credit Plus (CCP) Records Clerk provides vital operational support for the CCP program, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, compliance with program requirements, and effective communication with stakeholders. This role is critical to maintaining smooth program operations and supporting students, faculty, and partner schools.
Student Application, Admission, and Enrollment

- Process and input application and registration materials into Slate with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review CCP applications to verify eligibility and ensure admission requirements are met.
- Proctor the Accuplacer in the high schools for select partnering school districts in coordination with the Testing Center Manager.
- Assist the CCP Program Manager with admissions during peak periods.
- Collaborate with the Testing Center to coordinate testing for prospective students.
- Manage course registration processes for students taking courses at their high schools.
- Send AU credentials to new students and provide assistance with account set up.
- Maintain the department database of current students.
Compliance and Reporting
- Compile and provide accurate data for tuition and textbook billing.
- Monitor “flags” in ODDEX to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Administrative and Operational Support
- Ensure proper labeling of CCP students in Colleague system.
- Initiate and manage contracts for OLCCP instructors and CCP mentors using SharePoint.
- Provide ongoing support for the CCP student orientation course.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
- Develop and maintain databases for CCP courses to support program tracking and reporting.
- Organize and manage both physical and electronic student records to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- Distribute grade reports to partner high schools in a timely manner.
- Prepare and send communications to students, including notifications about missing application documents and pre-term enrollment updates.
- Deliver promotional items and other resources to high schools as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in records management, administrative support, or a related field, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.
