Position Title Full-Time Grill Cook - Eagle's Nest Job Description

• Prepare orders from in-house orders as well as Grubhub orders throughout the lunch and dinner service from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Set up station for the day, prep any items needed for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service.
• Oversee and mentor student employees providing training and guidance.
• Assist is scheduling shift for student workers.
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of service.
• Assist in monthly Inventory counting and monitor stock rotation and expiration to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with management to promote grill events, specials, and new menu items.
• Assist in creating and distributing promotional material, engaging with customers and gathering feedback.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• GED or high school equivalent
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock management
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous grill experience preferred
• Serv Safe certification
  
  

Physical Demands

• Area can be hot and fast paced
• Bending, twisting and standing for long periods of time
