Position Title Full-Time P.M. Cook/Grill - Student Dining Job Description

• Position works 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and every other weekend preparing items for the student dining hall, catering, and concession events.
• Works with a team of other members to prepare food that is prepared fresh and to our standards.
• Based on menu mix, this position may need to work specific grill positions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent
• Must posses a positive, enthusiastic and outgoing personality when dealing with student customers
• Cleanliness and neat appearance are required
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a large volume setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Serv Safe certification preferred
  
  

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, twisting and standing for long periods of time
