Job Description
- Assist other members of the dish room team clearing trays and plates of food from the tray accumulator.
- Assist with washing pots and pans.
- Putting pans and utensils away in the kitchen.
- Clean up of the area.
- Adhere to all safety policies an procedures.
- Position works alone in area for Late Night Dining, Sunday – Thursday 8:00 p.m. -12:30 a.m.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable
- Self-starter
- Able to follow instructions
- Work with minimal supervision if necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
Physical Demands
- Bending, lifting, standing for long periods of time and able to work alone
- Able to lift 40-50 lbs
- Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around kitchen environment
