Responsibilities
Lead Generation – Dedicate 15 hours per week to prospecting and building relationships.
Open Houses – Host at least two open houses per month to attract potential buyers and sellers.
Appointment Conversion – Turn prospecting efforts into meaningful client consultations.
Skill Development – Participate in weekly script practice to sharpen your communication and conversion skills.
Market Expertise – Guide sellers on pricing strategies, staging, and listing services to maximize home value.
Negotiation & Closing – Advocate for your sellers to secure the best possible terms.
Business Tracking – Utilize Command to manage leads, track activities, and optimize follow-up.
