POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to oversee and support a team of Counselors and Therapists in delivering exceptional care to patients in our residential substance use disorder treatment setting. This role combines administrative management with clinical supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery. The Clinical Supervisor will manage staff schedules, oversee clinical coverage, and provide guidance during challenging patient care situations, including crisis intervention.
In addition to supervising and mentoring Counselors and Therapists, this role involves assisting with patient care as needed and ensuring adherence to best practices. The Clinical Supervisor will play a pivotal role in fostering a supportive, professional environment that prioritizes patient outcomes and staff development.
This is a leadership opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and team success in a collaborative setting with face-to-face patient interaction. Maryland licensure in LCSW-C, LCPC or LCADC required, with experience in supervision preferred. Approved supervisor for Maryland LGPC and Alcohol and Drug Counselors preferred, but we are willing to assist the right person in obtaining these approvals.
