National commercial real estate owner and developer with 23 million square foot industrial portfolio in Michigan is seeking a professional to join our growing organization.
The successful candidate will have at lease 5-years facility management experience and possess knowledge of electrical, plumbing, roofing and fire protection systems maintenance and repair.
The responsibilities of the position include coordination of preventative maintenance, development of bid specifications and scopes of work, competitive bid solicitation and review, contract and contractor oversight, contract administration, project management, construction and utility drawing review, tenant interaction and emergency response. Weekly property inspections to evaluate property conditions such as landscaping, lighting, paving, snow removal, storm systems, etc. where attention to detail is crucial.
