Selections / Design Consultant
Ashley Builders Group, a Greater Cincinnati leader in Residential Construction, is looking for a full-time Selections / Design Consultant to join our team.

Fundamental Functions
As a Selections / Design Consultant you will be responsible for coordinating customer selections, facilitating project scope changes along with being an Ashley Builders Ambassador.
Responsibilities:
- Ashley Builders Ambassador – Promote Ashley Builders Group by upholding the highest level of integrity throughout all levels of customer contact
- Selections / Design Consultant - Assist in Owner selection coordination for various projects
- Facilitate selections and design cost changes with appropriate suppliers and subcontractors
- Customer Representative – Prospective customer liaison to Construction team maintain customer contact records and provide timely follow-up with prospective/future buyers
- Project Management
Skillsets:
- Proficient use of computer technology (word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external team members
Skilled Problem Solver
- Professional appearance at all times
- A passion for interior design and home building. You should have a strong sense of current design trends, materials, and finishes.
Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years prior customer service experience
- General design experience preferred, but we’re open to training the right candidate with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Some Post-Secondary education is preferred
