Duties
-Providing and accurately documenting personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL'S) for assigned residents.
-Making routine rounds on each assigned resident with established procedures.
-Contributing to resident assessments and care plans. Promptly communicating any significant changes in behavior or condition to the supervisor.
Providing certain non-resident services, such as light housekeeping and laundry.
Resident Assistant Requirements
- Ability to work with individuals with dementia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
- Willingness to undergo training in dementia care.
-Current certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
-Must be able to work every other weekend
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 46 per week

Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
