Our Customer Service Representatives are the critical link between sales and operations. Using a great attitude and attention to detail, Customer Service Representatives will maintain the daily operations behind the customer service counter. Customer Service Representatives play a key role in leading an exceptional customer service experience at Ashley.
Job Expectations
- Highly efficient checkout and ordering process
- Effectively run day to day operations of the customer service counter
- Being responsive to incoming calls and guiding customers to appropriate departments and/or personnel
- Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards guests
- Skilled in daily cash & credit transactions, as well as tender balancing
- Assist with daily processes as related to our layaway policy, customer payments, invoice & delivery verification
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Customer Service
- Computer and typing skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
