Service Repair Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, and repairing various furniture items. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Diagnose issues with furniture in person, over the phone, or through text platforms.
• Perform repairs on various types of furniture, mattresses, and adjustable bases.
• Provide unparralled customer service..
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, and inspections performed.
• Collaborate with distribution manager, and store manager to solve complex repairs, and issues.
• Communicate effectively, and throughly with customer, and company in regards to service & repair status.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
