Job Summary:
Responsible for the implementation of visual merchandising strategies and maintaining visual merchandising standards established by the company.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Change accessory displays and move furniture to reflect current product assortment and promotions; re-merchandise areas of the store regularly so as to maximize product sell through.
2. Understand and implement store maintenance standards. Involve staff in the maintenance of the store and help communicate company visual standards.
3. Utilize Retail Vantage Management Reporting to generate business reports reflective of sales.
4. Receive, tag new accessory product, and enter receivables into Retail Vantage.
5. Ensure appropriate stock levels on sales floor. Maintain an organized stock room.
6. Follow procedures for vendor and in store damages; adhere to donation policy.
7. Ensure accurate inventory levels, assist with bi-annual inventory, cycle counts and Loss Prevention measures.
8. Assist Product Specialists, Customer Service and customers with any product questions and issues.
Common Responsibilities:
1. Take care of all customers through direct action or indirectly by assisting others.
2. Work with other employees to attain company goals.
3. Participate in focus group, safety, and other location meetings.
4. Recommend other employees for commendation for achievement.
5. Report violations of company policies and the misappropriation of company assets.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
1. Assign and supervise all activity performed by persons placed under direction.
2. Enforce company policies and rules in verbal form as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
