About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Executive to lead our operations, driving performance and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive performance, ensuring 100% quality and on-time delivery while meeting profitability targets.
- Lead all aspects of manufacturing, including production, maintenance, and inventory control.
- Adhere to operational standards and corporate policy.
- Accountable for safety, profit & loss, budgetary compliance, on-time delivery, quality, retention, leadership development, and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or another STEM field.
- 15 years' experience in positions of increasing responsibility, including managing profit & loss, staff, and support functions.
- Experience developing and implementing long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans across multiple locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPIM, PE, CSCP certifications.
