Purpose at Ashley
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems prior to them becoming problematic. A Maintenance Technician typically performs a wide range of repairs and tasks around the facility.
What You will Do
- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage
- Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
- Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Fabrication, welding, electrica, plumbing,
- Understanindg recylcing principals
- Operate various PIV sitdown center ryder
- Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
- Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
