As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers. When guests enter the store,you'rethe person who guides them. As the expert on home furnishings, you create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley's products. You help our guests discover the styles that reflect their lives and help them design rooms they will love to live in. - Thrivesin an environment thatrewardsfor delivering world-class service and delighting our guests.
- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest. Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk; engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in a cordial, respectful mannerrepresentingthe Company'sbrand image.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols. Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required whilemaintainingthorough documentation of salestransactions
- Address customer concerns independently wheneverpossible
- Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of dailychecklists
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventorychecks
- Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performancestandards
- Complete anyadditionaltasks as assigned bymanagement
