Position Title : Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist
Position Summary : As a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting exceptional talent by crafting and executing innovative recruitment marketing strategies. This position blends creative storytelling, digital marketing, and employer branding to strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice while creating a robust talent pipeline across various channels.

Employment Branding :
- Develop and uphold a compelling employer value proposition.
- Create and implement strategic employer branding initiatives that align with company identity.
- Showcase our company culture across diverse media outlets.
- Build and sustain branded recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Digital Presence Management :
Oversee and optimize career website content and user experience.Adopt a mobile-first approach across all digital recruiting platforms.Track, analyze, and report on website metrics and candidate behavior.Apply SEO best practices for maximum online visibility.Ensure integration of applicant tracking systems with career sites.Online Reputation Management :
Monitor and respond to company reviews on employment platforms.Formulate strategies to enhance employer ratings on review platforms.Develop and maintain candidate communication templates.Work with the PR team on external communication strategies.Social Media Management :
Create and execute a social media strategy focused on talent acquisition.Develop and manage content calendars for recruitment channels.Handle company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.Engage with potential candidates through social media.Track social media performance metrics and optimize accordingly.Content Creation :
Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing copy.Produce employee stories and testimonials.Create blog posts, articles, and newsletters.Develop video content that highlights our company culture and job opportunities.Generate materials for recruitment campaigns.Creative Design :
Design branded recruitment marketing materials.Create visual assets for social media and digital channels.Develop presentation templates and marketing collateral.Ensure consistency in brand application across all materials.Maintain a digital asset library for recruitment needs.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3 years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding.Demonstrated expertise in social media management and content creation.Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles.Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite).Experience with content management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management capabilities.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with recruitment advertising platforms.Knowledge of HR technology and applicant tracking systems.Video editing skills.Familiarity with web analytics tools.Understanding of SEO / SEM principles.Technical Skills :
